Managers and MD’s have a better idea on how the company is moving forward than their employees do. It will help them massively if you let them know what’s going on. Things that managers take for common knowledge about how things are going or what challenges are down the road or what new products are coming. Spreading your knowledge about the business allows everyone who works in the company to feel more part of the family and strengthens the feeling among workers that they are a worthy part of the organization.
Be consistent for the long haul
If you consistently start an engagement initiative and then drop it your efforts will not work in the long wrong, causing employee estrangement.
