1. Octopus Energy
Topping the list with an impressive index score of 87.16 out of 100, Octopus Energy shines as the best workplace in the UK. Known for its employee-centric approach, Octopus Energy scored 4.56 in culture and values, 4.55 in diversity and inclusion, and a commendable 4.27 in senior management ratings.
Founded in 2015 and led by CEO Greg Jackson, Octopus Energy’s dedication to a positive workplace culture has paid off, with 86% of employees recommending the company to friends.
