Milkround is excited to announce the launch of three new websites today. Now, each of their audiences (students and graduates, school leavers and recruiters) will have a separate site dedicated to their requirements. All three are fully responsive, to give candidates and clients easy access to Milkround’s services.
Embarking on a ‘think, talk, search, apply’ job-seeking strategy, Milkround has invested in market-leading content specialists, Fantastic Thinking, to transform the way content looks and feels onsite. This state-of-the-art platform aims to drive engagement amongst users, creating a real job community on-site, and supporting their vision of providing students and graduates with career confidence and advice on things like cover letters.
Following Milkround’s initial launch of School Leavers in January, they are now proud to host a unique website dedicated to this product. It enables clients to engage with this audience, offering a new range of branding opportunities such as sponsored content.
On both the graduate website and the school leaver website, a wide range of advanced advertising formats are available. Promote your vacancies through a ‘shutter’- an innovative bespoke ad format – bringing your video content to life through various calls to action. Or, have your own career portal on the Milkround website in the form of a minisite. Styled entirely in your brand colours, a minisite gives candidates an insight into working for your company. Not only can you advertise your vacancies, but you can also have multiple minisite pages which can host picture and video content and ‘a day in the life of’ employee profiles.
For the last seven years, Milkround has been rated as the most widely used student and graduate recruitment website by High Fliers research, and will continue to lead the way with these new developments. Milkround have announced a bold approach to registering students and graduates. Working alongside feedback from clients, Milkround will now focusing on acquiring final year students. By building up their database of candidates who are ready to apply, clients will have even better campaign results.
Recruitment lead Sarah-Jane McQueen commented: “This is an exciting time for Milkround. Our new, dedicated websites will provide our audience with an improved and refreshed service. We are thrilled with the success of our two new partnerships with Madgex and Fantastic Thinking, who will enable us to keep ahead of the game in the recruitment market. Clients also seem to be really positive, and it feels like we’re about to go through a long-awaited uplift after some tough times. I think we can all breathe a sigh of relief!”
