For us, the recommended model is the 1.6 TDI SE 5dr. With a top speed of 124mph, it has a strong and efficient engine, is incredibly comfortable, and offers superb driving control. The A3 has also been created with high-strength steel and aluminium to keep its weight down and has stop-start technology. All of these features mean that fuel economy and CO2 emissions are kept low, and rival some of the best in its class. The suspension is firm, but not uncomfortable, and the steering is precise with great grip.
The A3 has a classy and elegant exterior, with an almost sporty vibe. It is without a doubt one of the best looking when compared to its rivals. The interior is just as stunning as the outside, with superb furnishings and an attractive design, which make it a joy to drive.
The cabin is fitted with luxurious materials, which makes the whole thing feel very plush. The A3 is also kitted out with an infotainment screen and the multimedia interface means you can easily control most of the major functions of the car. This is done via a central control dial and a few buttons. Sleek and simple. The all-round, fantastic interior quality is proof that no expense has been spared. There’s also great room for adjustment when it comes to the driver’s seat, so everyone will be able to find their perfect driving position.
As for space, the A3 comes with plenty up front, so the driver and front passenger are spoilt for room. However, this means that some space has been sacrificed in the backseats. It’s still a decent size though, and you’ll be able to comfortable sit 4 adults. The A3 also comes with a good sized and shaped boot.
It’s easy to see that the Audi A3 is a fantastic lease car option, and even the Telegraph describes it as having a character all of its own, from its gorgeous interior to its sporty drive. Overall, a superbly styled car with great comfort and high performance to match.
