Themed “Better Together” – OneFor, in cooperation with Mastercard, doubles down on its vision of inclusion, empowerment and connectivity for mankind with unique global live events
OneFor, a new pan-European fintech company, recently entered the market with a disruptive solution that enables borderless money transfers and payments, launches its Better Together initiative, to underline its ethos built on inclusion and connecting people closer with live events. “Money is about more than just transactions – it’s about the inclusion, empowerment and emotional connections and the possibilities it unlocks”, says Marco Abele, co-CEO at OneFor.
OneFor was launched to bridge the divide between people that are separated from their families as they work abroad. The disruptive Fintech offers an easier, faster and cheaper way to financially provide for families back home, but also aims at bringing people together in a more human way. Inclusion and empowerment, core to OneFor mission, are as important as a competitive payment solution. To achieve this goal, the OneFor money app is loaded with social features that offer real-time interaction among all connected. Building on the same idea, OneFor is now taking the experience beyond the Fintech borders by launching the “Better Together” initiative: a range of borderless, multicultural and interactive live events.
Douzi and Dhurata Dora live on 30th September
First in this new series of events are two live-streamed concerts by international artists Douzi and Dhurata Dora on 30th September, 2021. The interactive concerts will be freely accessible for fans all over the world, courtesy of OneFor, in cooperation with Mastercard. “OneFor is the only app that allows users to share not just money, but also emotions through a range of social features. In that same spirit, these concerts, and the ones that will follow in the future, are intended to unite people over shared experiences,” says Abele.
These concerts will be facilitated by LiveNation, providing a first time ever experience for an international audience. The concerts can be followed as a free live stream globally, and for a select audience in ‘Watch Parties’ of up to six people, or in a ‘Digital Snake Pit’, where 50 participants can interact live with the artist during the concert. 2000 participants will be able to meet and interact in a virtual bar and join in with the Watch Parties. Both concerts feature a 30-minute meet and greet raffle with the artist.
OneFor will offer exclusive content to its users relating to the participating artists before and after the concerts. Access to the live streams and raffle can be obtained through OneFor.com/live.
With less than a one second transaction time and up to 70% lower average transaction cost, OneFor is positioned to best serve millions of people, including migrants, whose livelihoods rely on sending and receiving money internationally. Its recognisable card features are supported by Mastercard.
